Privacy notice

This notice explains what information we collect through the SpendSide website (spendside.com) and how we use it. SpendSide is a product of Cognistone and is pre-launch; we collect only what we need to respond to you and prepare evaluations.

When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, and message. We also collect privacy-respecting, aggregate usage analytics with no third-party advertising trackers.

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and run a guided demo, and improve SpendSide and this site. We do not sell your information.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, or where required by law.

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above. Consistent with our GDPR-aligned roadmap, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@spendside.com.
